Ryan Stefan, BA, NASM, FMS is a performance coach, transformation specialist, personal trainer, business owner, and speaker who is living to spread education, motivation, and ignite your life today! He is the founder and creator of Fire Fitness & Conditioning in Bellevue, WA, where his team focuses on training and nutrition programs that transform the bodies, minds, and energy of all clientele.

Ryan earned his degree from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff Arizona. Growing up in an athletic family, Ryan learned from an early age the health and lifestyle benefits that being active and having a body that performs and moves the way it was intended can create for your life. Creating a family support system that provides accountability, commitment, passion, competition, and love will drive its members to achieve amazing results collectively. It is with this passion that he strives to share and create this within all clients he has the opportunity to coach. He believes that a few simple principles done with great precision and consistency will literally ignite your life and transform your body. Ryan resides in Bellevue, WA, and in his down time enjoys playing guitar, writing, and creating music projects. Living in the shadows of the Olympic and Cascade mountains, you can most certainly find Ryan on one of the numerous outdoor adventures that Washington State has to offer while wearing his favorite Chicago Bears hat.

Fitness and exercise became a large part of my life in my mid-20’s.  Growing up, I was never the chubby kid; however, I never really understood what it meant to be in shape or to exercise with specific goals in mind.  After several sales jobs and countless hours sitting at a desk, I started packing on fat in my early 20’s.  I did what most people do — I fumbled my way around the big box gyms for two years with no progress or change in body composition.  Fitness and exercise was redefined when I hired Coach Mariko as my first trainer.  As I worked with her, I learned proper exercise progressions and techniques to help achieve my immediate weight loss goal.  During the journey, I uncovered countless other fitness goals which continued to inspire and motivate me to take care of my body in the best possible manner.

Nutritional and lifestyle coaching had a profound impact in my life.  A year into working with my trainer, I developed a passion to help and inspire other people to achieve their fitness goals as well.  That inspirational fire never went away so I was faced with a tough decision.  My desire to help others the way I was impacted was so strong that I made the conscientious decision to change careers.  I took a leap of faith and left a well-paying job I held for six years, to pursue fitness full-time.  In 2011, I was hired by 24Hr Fitness and shortly thereafter, I became a client at Fire Fitness and Conditioning.   The environment at Fire was condusive to ensuring that I continued to better myself as a trainer and keep fitness exciting for my clients.  Helping and working with people has always been a passion of mine.  Fire Fitness and Conditioning provides me an exciting and energetic platform to do so.

I am excited to now be part of the amazing Fire Fitness team!  Throw away every stereotype you can imagine about gyms and exercise.  I am excited to show you why I fell in love with fitness.


Hannah Dingle

Hannah bio

Hannah is a born and raised Northwest gal who has devoted herself to all forms of dance and movement from the age of three. She grew up competing in dance competitions at a young age and in college, she utilized her talents to lead the University of Washington Spirit Squad as the cheer dance captain for two years. When not cheering for the huskies, Hannah studied psychology as well as strength training, pilates, and nutrition, all of which fueled her passion for total health; mind, body, and spirit.

After graduating, Hannah joined the Pure Barre team as an instructor, which sparked her passion of motivating and challenging people in their fitness journey. Preparing for her wedding over this past summer, Hannah started training at Fire Fitness to help her achieve peak physical composition to walk down the aisle. Not only did she accomplish amazing results, but she also gained strength and grew to love the environment, practice, and community of Fire Fitness.

Hannah recently completed her NASM CPT certification and is ready to inspire the people around her to reach their health and fitness goals. When Hannah isn’t energizing clients at Fire Fitness or Pure Barre, she is practicing photography, another passion of hers, along with enjoying her new marriage with her husband Christopher!

Callie grew up in Issaquah, Washington, and has lived in the PNW her whole life. She comes from a tight knit family, and from a young age she and her older sister Britta were instilled the values of teamwork and dedication, and were both involved in many different sports. Callie played volleyball, softball, some basketball, and soccer. She loved working out and getting better every day all throughout her childhood. During her early high school years, she decided to change her focus to softball, and because of the dedication and endless hours, blood, sweat & tears, she ended up receiving a scholarship to play college ball close to home at the University of Washington. Go Dawgs! She quickly learned what it meant to be a part of something bigger than herself. She played in three Women’s College World Series, and the life lessons learned during those short 5 years have definitely become a part of who she is today.

She ended up graduating in 2005 with a degree in Communications, and currently resides in Bellevue. Because of her fitness and athletics background, she is very excited to be a part of the Fire Fitness family. She has a competitive nature and always wants to succeed, and started to feel bored in the gym, going through the same motions but not seeing any results. She and her boyfriend started working out with Fire Fitness in 2012, and won the Thinner Winner competition in October, 2012. They put their winnings toward more training, and are both so grateful for that decision. They have transformed not only their bodies but their entire lives. They were definitely nervous to take that first step, but look back with no regrets as they continue on their journey to optimal health and well-being, knowing they have an amazing team of coaches right by their side helping them get better every day.
